BEFORE GO TO SLEEP DONT FORGOT TO DO THIS

We find a lot of hair in our Pillow when we wake up,we worried everyday about our falling hair and thinking of Bald.So,Try to follow these few steps before you go to bed :

  1. Simply detangling your hair before you hit your pillow ensures that when you wake up, minimal knots and damage will have occurred. 
  2. Else the best way to protect long hair from split ends and other damage is to tie it back.Make two Pigtails from your hair.
  3. Use a  satin or silk pillowcase will make sure your hair glides across your pillow at night, rather than scratch and catch on a rough pillowcase.
  4. Don't try to tie your hair with rubber bands rather use a silk cloth and make sure its a little bit lose.
